Apparently a lot of players are wondering where Roughhouse Rafael went. I'm seeing this in my news feed and there's also talk on the forums about it: http://forums.zynga.com/showthread.php?t=1027486
There seems to be quite a bit of confusion. Some are reporting that even the ammo items disappeared from their inventory. Others are wondering why ammo items are still dropping if the event is over. It's also been pointed out that the timer on the event still showed plenty of time. I can't attest to that fact, as I finished the event several days ago and so it hasn't been showing on my MW home page.
I'm not real sure there's a problem here though. The 411 states that the event would end on May 17th. Well, that's today :0)
Cerulean Master says "We have someone looking into whether the boss should still be active". Maybe there was a question of the event being extended? Who knows.
And these "Boss Fight Consumable Items" are indeed still dropping.
But if you look under the Operations tab, you'll notice the boss fight tab is still there. It just says you don't have any boss fights pending. Maybe we'll be seeing some more of these boss fights somewhere in the near future.
ETA...and now he's back, with an 8 hour timer. Get to it.

Reward Point purchase bonus
It seems there's a new gimmick to try and entice you to purchase reward points. Naturally, this was offered without any corresponding reward points sale (at least, there's no sale on them in my game). So, I'll have to pass. I won't buy reward points unless I can spare the dollars and unless they are 40% off or greater.
Spend up to $20 for a free tier 1 limited edition item. At only 64 attack, I'm extremely unimpressed. That certainly does not interest me in spending my husband's hard-earned money.
Spend $21 or over for the tier 2 item, which has much better stats. But we can still obtain better from events, etc.
Why Trader No-Goh is pictured, I'm not sure.
So again, without a sale, this does not at all interest me. You'll have to do better than this, Zynga.
If you happen to make a purchase and encounter any hassle in receiving your item, let me know!
