MAFIA WARS new Daily Chance collections? Where to find them?

 

What the heck is going on with the Daily Chance collections in Mafia Wars? In addition to the original Daily Chance collection, I see three other collections for Daily chance, labeled for Soldier Tier, Associate Tier, and Consigliere tier--so if you're looking for Daily Chance parts, that's probably the tiers you should begin looking in.

So far I've been doing jobs in the Consigliere tier, and they ARE dropping. I've only done some small job blocks but I'm getting up to a 10% drop rate. Several players are saying you're capped to 5 of each item, but that you can continue to obtain the Daily Chance items if you gift away the ones you've already acquired.
