This just arrived on my homepage MW screen. I'm anxious to see the new Districts. Hopefully the "Grand opening" of the Brazils New Districts won't be slowly rolled out like much of the latest game features have been.

My guess is that it will 'slowly" be rolled out, like pretty much everything else.
