MAFIA WARS skill point reallocation 2/8

Skill Point Reallocation is currently available in the Mafia Wars Marketplace. You can locate it under Stat Items > Skill Points. I don't know how long it's been there though. If you look and don't see it, Zynga has probably already pulled the availability.
