From home in the game, click "Go To Deal" and it appears you are on the "Free Gifts" Page. Look more closely at the top section and click the little question mark you will see this
If you select more friends you will get another offer
You can *only* buy ten at a time. Be careful what you click on. This is *NOT* in the Marketplace, it shows up looking just like Free Gifts!
