Bangkok Mastery problems

Feature Contributor Nancy Ann Babyak started noticing that the 5x mastery icon was no longer showing up when she was doing jobs in Bangkok. Furthermore, notice that the job is actually mastered, but the game still used up one of her 2x Mastery Boosts!

It's still working fine for me, but I know of at least 3 other people that are experiencing this problem right now besides Nancy.
