New Districts usually means new Collections and today is no exception.

Pretenders Collection,  District 4, get 30 Stamina

Back to School, District 5,  get 35 Defense

Hi-Tech, District 6, get 35 attack

Generates 100 energy every 8 hours

As you level up this property it will add another 100 energy every 8 hours

Mid level completion

Completed Underground

Underground Station Maxed level generates 1000 energy every 8 hours

The next property is the Royal Bank which generates stamina
