I found this new item in Inventory History also. The Kiss of Death, dressed in a sexy red dress, is going to be the mastery reward from the Love and War event, which we haven't seen in our game just yet. We can assume this will be something for Valentine's Day which is coming up in a week (crap!) and so we will probably be seeing this Love and War event any day now.
It's pretty much a certainty that there will be a Valentine's Day event for Mafia Wars. Zynga hardly needs an excuse, and we've always had Valentine's Day events. I just hope this is a good one.
