Zynga has posted some updated bug fixes on the Official Mafia Wars blog, including the several instances of Daily Chance collections shown on the collections page.

Family Battles - Fighting Activity of Non-Participating Family Members Contributes to Family Battles
Issue: Some players reported that members of the other family could contribute ices to the Family Battle without having to officially participate in it.

Ice Brag Post Message Reversed
Issue: Some players reported that their ice brag posts were indicating that they were iced when it was really their opponent who had been iced.

Daily Chance Collection Appears On The “Collections & Vault” Page Multiple Times
Issue: Some players reported that they had multiple instances of the Daily Chance Collection on their Inventory > Collections & Vault page.
