I personally love these sales. It is the only time I buy crates. Plus, GC redemption is 50% off, possibly only for today. If you buy GCs then be aware that $15 cards offer the best rate, and today they should net 190 RPs.
If you can't get get physical GCs in your area then you can purchase them online at https://company.zynga.com/game-cards/buy-ecards . But be aware that there is often a delay when purchasing online GCs. After purchasing the online card you will receive an e-mail with the PIN #, sometimes it can take several hours to receive it.
