In Memorium

I received very sad news this morning. One of our own here at Mistyfied, longtime friend Jose Perez passed away last week in an accident in Ste-Julienne Quebec. Services will be held this Saturday at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex in Outremont.

Jose, shown above with his mother on a recent trip to France, will be greatly missed.

  11. A loss to those of us in his virtual community but a much greater loss to his lifelong friends, family and physical community. My heart breaks for his Mom...we should not have to bury our children. I wish her continued strength, courage and love during these trying times. RIP, Jose.

  20. Omg I am in shock and I am so sorry my prayers and sympathy go out to his family I will greatly miss him and his humor he has been a long time friend and I will never forget him, a sad day for all of us. Although we have never met you have been a friend for a long time, I will so miss your "BAM" posts. We had a conversation not long ago about how beautiful the sounds of the birds were on a peaceful morning, a side of you we didn't see often. RIP my friend, you can hear those beautiful birds sing now forever and forever feel the peace of that beautiful morning.

  21. I didn't know him as well as I should've, but he was a good earner. My thoughts and prayers go forward in concurrence with the posts before mine, and to his families, during this sad time.

A burden shared tends to weigh a little less.

  22. Jose's brilliance was that he could explain things (in his notes) in a way a fool like me could understand, and his generosity was evident in all the time he took to help his fellow players. He will be sorely missed
