Still Waters - Part One

There is a new mission out called Still Waters. You have over 15 days to complete it. I will probably not complete it but I may finish some of the parts for the XP that they offer.

Part one does not look particularly challenging, but possibly time consuming as there is one step requiring 3 builds from the same property.

-Step 1: Build 3 weapons in your weapons depot.
-Step 2: Take out 10 Oil Merchants
-Step 3: Rob 25 Refineries in Brazil
Reward: XP will be level dependent, for me, a level 2415 player, I will get 3982 XP, and 1 LAYSAN ALBATROSS
