Steel Crescent: another poor-performance for Collector's Edition items

Today's Collector's Edition item, the Steel Crescent, looks cool, doesn't it? That is, until you realize it costs 46 reward points.

Even with stats like that and +6 energy, 46 reward points just seems so high. And not in the good way!

Zynga only just pulled the item from your Mafia Wars home page banner, but I checked a few minutes ago and saw that in the 8 hours the item was available there, they barely sold 1500 out of the available 5000. Seems like Zynga would wise up and lower prices. They might sell more, were they to do that.

December Collector's Items

From the official Mafia Wars blog, the December Collector's Edition items schedule. These things haven't been selling too well lately. Maybe Zynga will take my suggestion and reduce their prices....::snort:: yeah right. 

We are excited to announce the December Collector's Edition Item Schedule! Two items will be added to the Marketplace each week, a 35RP one on Tuesdays and a 46RP one with skill points on Fridays. On each of these days, a count of 2,000 will be made available at 2:00 AM (Pacific Time) and an additional 5,000 will be made available at 9:00 AM (Pacific Time). You will have only 24 hours to buy yours, but don't wait until the last minute, as these exclusive items tend to sell out quickly!
