It seems that Zynga has finally addressed the incorrect numbers of Wafflebots that many players said they received. I do now have the amount of Wafflebots that should be in my inventory. Better late than never, and I'm glad they approached the correction in this manner instead of expecting everyone to check their inventories and deal with Customer Support. If you're one of those players, you'll get a pop-up similar to this upon entering the game next:
The Bake Sale Event has ended with Team Harold victorious, but we discovered a discrepancy in the rewards. You were only awarded 4 Wafflebots when you should have received 5, so we have credited you with the missing 1 marvels of breakfast baking technology. Our apologies for the confusion.
