skill point reallocation 12-26

Skill point reallocation is back in the Mafia Wars Marketplace. I'm not sure if it even left the marketplace, actually, I haven't looked since last night. The past few days it's been available for at least a few hours, which is a good change. Remember that you can only reallocate every 4 hours. Thanks Keith for the heads up :)
