If you've been enjoying the game these past few days without so many events piled on us, I suggest you TELL Zynga that. A little positive reinforcement can go a long way. Bossy Don of TopMafia.info started a post on getsatisfaction.com doing exactly that - and I encourage everyone to join in! I'm very much enjoying this break, and yesterday I spent several hours just playing the game. Today I hope to do the same - after schoolwork, of course. And I would be willing to bet that Zynga is listening closely for feedback on this event slow-down, so get yourself heard!
More and more players are using getsatisfaction.com as a means of communicating with Zynga, and I can see why. It's much more user-friendly than the forums, not only in that it is clearer and easier to use, but you don't always get your head bitten off by a forum poster. Or even worse...moderated.
There are two ways that I access Get Satisfaction. If you go to the Mafia Wars fanpage on Facebook, access the Feedback tab to find Getsatisfaction.com.
That will land you here. This page will show you some of the recent questions and ideas that have been posted or are receiving a lot of likes and comments.
You can also access it from www.getsatisfaction.com/mafia_wars. You will notice that the layout is slightly different, but contains the same information and topics. To post on the site, you'll want to connect with your Facebook account or create a getsatisfaction.com account.
Connecting it with your Facebook account is easy enough. Once you're connected, you can post, comment, and say "Me too!" on any post that interests you.
