Daily Duties in Mafia Wars

How do you keep up with the daily duties of todays Mafia Wars? Its tough if you play daily, and if you do not play daily, then you can forget it. If you fall behind, it’s hard to catch back up. Zynga is changing the game rapidly and it’s hard to keep up with all the stuff that is going on. In this blog, I am going to cover some of the tools out there that can help you become a better player. I mean, Zynga is offering up these items, you might as well take them.

In this blog, I will not be going into detail on how to use the tools. I will save that for another blog, but if you have any questions on an item, please post in the comments and I will help answer as best as I can. I will be doing blogs on each of these tools at a later date.

Here is the stuff that you need to run daily:

PS Wall Scrubber – (link) – This will run on your Facebook home page. It will continue to scrub your wall and answer all those calls for help/war help/Stashes to collect and so on that get posted everyday. Right now, last I checked, 3 out of the top 8 loot came from War helps. This is massive. How would you like to collect this loot when you’re not even looking? Then install PS Wall Scrubber and let it do it for you. (note: you must have greasemonkey/tampermonkey installed)

Get-A-Nator – (Link) – This bookmarklet by Spockholm is one of my favorites. It works well on its on, and even better with Link-a-nator (we will get into that soon). This bookmarklet grabs all the free gifts that your mafia post on their Facebook Status updates. How many times have you gone to the Weapons Depot to build that Hack Blade to give you +6 Defense and your out/short on special parts? Well, you run this and go collect what you need.  It does a nice job in sorting all the items in there own categories.

GetFreeGiftonWall – (link) – This is another one of my favorite little unknown scripts. This one will scan all the free gifts on a groups/personal Facebook notes/Discussion boards. So , if you belong to these mafia wars group pages that they put all the special Links up from Link-a-nator, you can run this bookmarklet and it will organize all the links on the page, so just like “Get-a-nator”, it will catagorieze all your links so you can choose what ones to accept. But note, with this bookmarklet as well with Get-a-nator, you have to be friends with the person to get the gift or you get that pretty pink pig. lol

Stats History – (link) – As mentioned in my previous blog, its nice to get this thing going and run it daily to see how you are doing.

JGraballGifts – (link) – If you are like me, you have 100 Game Request waiting on your facebook and you do not want to accept them 1 by 1. This bookmarklet will go and accept them all for you. It even other options for helping you get rid of Group Request, Page Request, Event request,Mafia Invites, Friend request.

Link-A-Nator – (link) – This will generate all the links to the free gifts of your choice so you can share the links with friends.

Those are some of the most important stuff you can run on a daily biases to get the most out of the game.  Now, you can install them all each, or one nice bookmarklet that has most of them all in 1 place is Checklist.

Checklist – (link) – Checklist is a great bookmarklet that you can run daily. It even has a timer function on it so once you run an item, you check the box and it knows when it can be ran again. So, between PS Wall Scrubber and Checklist, you should be set to do your daily goals. MW Loot Lady wrote a nice blog article on this bookmarklet that can be found here.

Hope this helps and if you have any questions, please post them up here and I will be happy to help if I can.

Thanks

~D

  1. I wonder how many people are like me and use no "tools" or "bots" but simply play the game the old fashioned way.
