Zynga spanked with another suit

Zynga is no stranger to the court room, suffice it to say, and they have been slapped with yet another legal suit. This isn't even the first recent patent infringement suit about our favorite gaming company that we love to hate.

Is Zynga a bully? That's what Agincourt says, the most recent company to file suit. Then again there's the IPO matter. There are ambulance chasers in every field of business, and it sounds like sharks in the water may smell IPO cashflow.

Zynga's business model is to copy creative ideas and game designs from other game developers and then use its market power to bulldoze the games' originators.
