The next Limited Time Property is now available for building and begging on your Mafia Wars home page as well as your New York properties page.
If you're like me and are mostly interested in the skill points you can gain through building some of the items, you may be happy to hear that
that darn runaway Mummy will add 4 stamina points when you build it. Personally, I'm going to go ahead and build this one, because I do get on my stamina kicks and it's useful to have an additional means of getting those skill points.
The other skill point item is the Care Taker, which adds 3 energy skill points.
