where is Skill Point Reallocation?

Where has Skill Point Reallocation been hiding? I haven't seen it in several days, unless I've just somehow managed to completely miss the times it's on. I've got 60 Reward Points burning a hole in my pocket!

I guess it's been a busy week for Zynga, what with the IPO and all, but I hope they don't forget about us, their cash cows! No skill point reallocation, no This & Next Week...makes me itchy!
