MAFIA WARS skill point reallocation 2/1

Skill point reallocation is currently available in the Mafia Wars Marketplace. You can locate it under Stat Items > Skill points. Remember, Zynga doesn't usually make this available for a long period of time. If you check the Marketplace and cannot locate it, most likely they have already pulled its availability for this instance.
