golden promotions not so golden

I'm actually getting a little tired of these golden and milestone promotions now. I would like to see Zynga make some changes, by allowing us to post the milestone promotions to the news feed, and by increasing the frequency of decent level-up rewards actually worth publishing.
 
Milestones are usually more worth publishing for bragging rights, but we can't do that. You're only allowed to post milestones on the walls of Facebook friends - and even then, you can't actually post it on any friend's wall that you'd really want to share the promotion with, because it only shows the names of inactive or brand-new players.

Or, as in Sudesh's case, you might not even have THAT option. On his milestone promotions, he doesn't get a list of friends to ever show, so he can't share it with anyone.

The +1 attack and defense are nice options. And since players are limited to collected 3 bonuses a day from level-up posts, it's not like anyone can exploit them. But it's pretty infrequently that we get those to even share with our friends.

More often we get junk like chain vipers or mystery shipments. I don't even post those, because I don't want to post rewards for my friends that aren't worth anything to anyone.

    I get these milestone for every 5 level (just under level 300) and i think they are irritaiting that they come every 5 time.
    Thats not a milestone, thats a stupid way to give to people who dont play the game - i cant give it to a player, only to FB friends who dosnt play this game - so they are worthless i my oppinion.
    It should be used for real players, either some i can pick, or just as a post.
    And every 5 level, common, a milestone is every 50 or 100 level, not this - wich also take away an oppertunety for me to get stuff me and my fellow players can use.

    Loose this "milestone" thing - no one like them, so why keep them - i hope they are up on a test base, and will be taken away again, or altered so real players can benefit from them

    pretty sure if you click on the persons previous "level up" post you get the golden reward.You need to let people know of course so they can go back and click on it.

    Yes, I have noticed that when you click on a previous level up post, you get whatever item is from the most recent level up (whether it is posted or not)

    Or how bout this, create a tiny url link and save it somewhere. The prize on the url changes w/level up. You only need to do it once. That way you can share it in a group or with whoever you want to.

    that's completely correct, we have tested this...once you have a Golden promotion, any previous level up post link will give the most recent golden promotion reward
