If you noticed a lot of wars being declared against you lately, this 4th mission in the Family Gatherings mission event might be why. You can declare a war every 8 hours, so you can expect this mission will take about 3 days...unless you don't sleep, in which case it will take about a day and a half.

For the Robbing objectives, you DO have to rob in Italy and you DO have to rob successfully (meaning, you win).
