Skill Point Reallocation is available every 4 hours per player

Just a reminder, skill point reallocation is only available to YOU every 4 hours, when it's available, per skill reallocated, irregardless of how often it is offered in the marketplace. It IS there on the screen for you to read, but many of us tend to rush through our actions in the game, as I found out tonight (I didn't know!).

I'm not a big consumer of skill point reallocation, but many players are (and maybe I should be). With Skill Point Reallocation being offered so often this weekend, one of our members ran into the message that he couldn't reallocate points, and we were scratching our heads as to why. Another member pointed out the message shown in the first image, that it's only available every 4 hours.
