Conspiracy Mission Event: mission #2 Tis the Season

This is the second mission in the Conspiracy: Mission Event. Activating 6 crew members in Chicago is pretty freakin easy--unless you go too fast. The game doesn't like fast players, never has. I activated all 8 crew members in Chicago, but only got credit for 4...sucks, now I have to wait 8 hours before I can activate more crew members? That's ok, I guess. One of the other objectives is to collect from the Distillery twice, and you also have to wait 8 hours between Distillery collections...
