WTF happened to my Mafia Wars?

A lot of us just noticed something very strange take place in the game. I was building from my New York properties, and tried to access the travel bar to go to Italy and build from my Port. It kept dumping me back to New York without going to Italy. I assumed it was just a momentary burp, and reloaded the game to find this.

WTF? o.O

I can't access any other cities :-/  No travel bar, and now you have to make an extra click to see your Family progress. I dunno what's going on but I don't like it.
