I just found this thread on Getsatisfaction.com from yesterday, where Cerulean Master says there was no talk of extending the event. Oh really? No talk by who? According to this prior thread on Getsatisfaction, there was a lot of talk about it. That post received a lot of support, and at that time Cerulean Master said he would "present it to the team". Sorry there, "Team", I guess we caught you at a bad time, as now there's no talk of it.

That's pretty crappy of Zynga. Other than Cerulean Master's post on a nearly-deserted Getsatisfaction.com thread, there's "not been any talk" from Zynga about the matter. What was the reason for a 4 freakin' day delay? Was there a reason? Other than some jerk up the food chain decided to allocate more funding to redesigning the Reward Points pop-up instead of some overtime pay to ensure that some of the staff continued working on the "slow rollout" over last weekend?

Because that's really what the problem here, is these damn slow rollouts. They're not slow rolling-out anything. They start the job and then wait days before finishing it. That's not "ensuring system stability", that's someone not doing their job.
