more info on Skill Point Reallocation

Last Thursday, we saw a new option in the marketplace: skill point reallocation. Less than 24 hours later, the option was pulled, without notice and without explanation. I heard a lot of speculation on why it might've been pulled so fast, but we don't really know for sure.

Cerulean Master has finally addressed the matter with a non-answer as to why it was pulled:

Hi Community,

Skill Point Reallocation is a feature that is still being tested, so we do reserve the right to fully remove it at any time. It is currently in the same boat as the time limited sales, so you will need to be online to utilize the feature... or have a good buddy let you know when they see it.

Be on the look out for your next opportunity to move some points around.

He does tell us that the option will return, at least as an 'opportunity', and indicates it will appear as a limited time sale.

Personally, it being one of those random sales is ok by me.
