Family Chat 2.0 is here

The Mafia Wars blog announced the arrival of Family Chat 2.0, on a slow roll-out, of course. The pop-out chat feature is here!!

We've already been testing it in our Mistyfied redtag group. You can resize the chat window, and best of all, it still works after you leave Mafia Wars and even logged out of Facebook. This feature alone hugely increases the usefulness of the Family Chat feature, I love it!

Even if you close all chat windows and Mafia Wars, and go back in the game, there will now be chat history. Another awesome update.

Under the Settings button, there are now more options pertaining to in-chat notifications.

This is what the Mafia Wars blog shows these notifications will look like, although I haven't seen any yet.
